6.0L in a 1979 Caprice
This engine is a pretty basic LS engine build that showcases how factory parts upgrades and aftermarket parts blend to make a simple, but respectable-performing engine out of an HD truck engine.

- Original 6.0L crank and main bearings

6.0L build for a 2003 Avalanche
This engine started as a good, but grungy LQ4, and is basic refresh engine.
- Hot tanked block, new cam bearings
- Crank ground 0.010″ under on main and rod journals
- Fresh rings, bearings, lifters, oil pump and gaskets
- 2004+ GM LS6 405 HP camshaft
- GM ‘Yellow” valvesprings
- Low mileage 317 heads cleaned and installed.
